It is all in the details! If you do not have a plumber who is educated, trained and experienced as a licensed Master Plumber, you don't have the "best" plumber available. To be a superior master plumber takes decades of hard work, a skilled mind and the patience for precise and perfect work.
Craig Gann has been in the plumbing trade since a young age. His first experience was climbing aboard a commercial backhoe, at the age of nine, and heading up a large dirt mountain...by himself. His father and the workers did not discover what he was doing till he was almost at the top. They started running, but by the time they got to him he had safely maneuvered down the other side.
He did small jobs here and there for his dad and was doing full re-pipes by the time he was 15. To this day his re-pipes are what his clients call "a work of art".
Craig was the youngest journeyman to be licensed in the state of Kentucky. He went on to earn his Master's license in Kentucky and later in Georgia, Texas and Florida. He also earned a Plumbing Inspector's license in the state of Texas.
Craig has gone from plumber, to plumbing manager and for the last twenty two years has been a plumbing business owner. He knows plumbing inside and out and you can trust him to get the work done right, the first time.
